Reflection: Ideas Analysis

I use an app on my phone to record the sounds I make when I sleep and the level of noise in the environment I sleep in. During sleep, we make different sounds such as sleep talking, snoring, grinding our teeth, light or heavy breathing.

Are these sounds influenced by our sleep environment? What kind of sleep environment do people have and what kind of sleep environment do we need?

Are these sounds influenced by the dreams we have? I found that people around me have good dreams in comfortable environments and nightmares in uncomfortable ones. They are more likely to talk in their sleep or make strange noises when they have nightmares.

Then how does the environment change into sleep talking and dreams? After falling asleep, what shapes and colours do our surroundings take in our brains? What are they sounds like? I want to express something more than simply some blurred outline seen in the darkness when we close our eyes.

If our brain were a compression machine that can compress the environment, noise, temperature, and other real-life elements that affect our sleep into a small piece of textile decorating on our head that represents our sleep talking, What it would look like?
